PAYMENT INFORMATION
Vesta Works, Inc. accepts payments via Shopify. All prices are in US Dollars.
Orders must be paid in full upfront. No orders will be processed until full payment is received. If you need to cancel an order, you must reach out to us at info@rocketfiretorch.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The retailer incurs the shipping costs with quotes to be provided during checkout. Retailer is responsible for sales tax applied to the shipment of goods after they have shipped.
RETURNS
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email (within 14 days of order) and Retailer cannot return goods until written authorization has been received. Goods sent back without one will not be credited to your account.
RETAIL POLICY
Goods should be sold to consumers at the suggested retail price (can be found at on our website). Goods must not be marked below suggested retail price without a written consent of Vesta Works, Inc. The occasional sale is permitted.
Selling on Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and other 3rd party marketplaces is strictly forbidden.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Vesta Works, Inc. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be modified in any form without the express written consent of Supplier. Retailer may copy images and use them exactly as is for marketing purposes. Retailer may NOT copy text from Vesta Works, Inc's website. Retailer must create unique content for marketing and listing goods for sale on their own website.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information provided to Vesta Works, Inc. by Retailer including name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of The Kind Pet.
