I’d like to make two points.
The first torch I received did not work. (Per responder Mr. Berard) I likely had some sort of clog either from manufacturing process or dirty propane. I left a message per the contact page late (1730) Friday evening and did not expect a response until Monday. I WAS contacted later that same evening. The issue or potential issue was explained and that a new torch was on its way.
Amazing customers service!!!! Would highly recommend for that reason alone!!!
I also would highly recommend for any fire enthusiast (starting fire for BBQ or fire places etc…. NOT firebugs). This torch is awesome!! I am an avid bbq nut and also have an outdoor fire place. You want a pit or fire place or smoke tubes ANYTHING on fire now. This the tool. Focused hot flame where ever it is pointed. I am guessing this is a relatively small business. Support THIS small business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Quality tool any live fire enthusiast should have. Allows you to control fire in ways you can't with regular starter methods.
Takes some time to figure where to pull the trigger to make it start.
Not what it is built up to be! When you put down in the charcoal, it goes out. You have to keep lighting it! Not that impressed for the $$$
The case is very nice and sturdy. Better than expected honestly. The weight of it was unexpected too. Husband loves everything about it.
Worked as described, very easy to use. Fire started right away. Good quality tool!
Well built and works great. Used it to start regular dry logs, took about 3 minutes. Highly recommend!
I haven't purchased a bottle of fuel yet to attach the torch but this is going to
be fun offering this to light a barbeque or barrel fire. It's a weighty thing and
appears built to last. Thank you.
This purchase did not go over well with the Mrs. But I'm simply done buying new firestarters every 6 months.

First and foremost, the product works great. I was also impressed with the customer service. After an issue ultimately caused by my confusion, Mike went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Great product with the customer service to back it!
The quality of the torch is great, I use the three way tip to start my grill which it does way faster than the old propane torch I was using. Shipping was fast after I ordered it and it came well packaged.
Used my torch for the first time yesterday evening. Seemed to be more efficient at getting the charcoal lit than the previous torch I was using as well as a little sturdier. Will be interesting to see how well the tip will hold up, which has been a concern with the previous tool.
Husband loved his new toy! Can wait to use on both the grill and to burn weeds in the yard.

It’s always good when a product delivers what it promises.
Trigger / igniter very difficult to pull and usually does not work. Do not recommend, very poor product.
I don’t think it is as hot or powerful as the Grill Gun from blazer. But it is ok I will keep trying my skills.
