Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
The RocketFire Case Giveaway, referred to as the “Giveaway,” is sponsored by RocketFire (Vestaworks Inc.), located in North Carolina, United States, referred to as the “Sponsor.”
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of RocketFire, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional partners, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Giveaway Period
RocketFire will select one winner every three months from all eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period.
Each quarterly giveaway period begins on the first day of the applicable three-month period and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final day of that period, unless otherwise stated by RocketFire.
The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the Giveaway entry form available on the RocketFire website during the applicable Giveaway Period.
Limit one entry per person and per email address per Giveaway Period, yet Multiple Entries can be made if the participant uploads a photo of themselves using their RocketFire Torch.*
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.
*By uploading photos to this giveaway, the participant constitutes permission for RocketFire to use these photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
4. Prize
One winner will receive one RocketFire Case.
Approximate Retail Value: $65 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, redeemed for cash, or exchanged, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. RocketFire reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses not specifically stated in these Official Terms & Conditions are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place within a reasonable time after the end of each Giveaway Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond within seven days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or unread email notifications.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period.
7. Shipping
The prize will be shipped to a valid mailing address within the United States for free. RocketFire is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments once the prize has been shipped.
8. General Conditions
RocketFire reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
RocketFire also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Terms & Conditions, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any method intended to manipulate the entry process are void.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RocketFire, its owners, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and any related parties from and against any claim, injury, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for RocketFire to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and/or statements about the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used by RocketFire for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, contacting potential winners, and, where applicable, sending marketing communications to entrants who have opted in.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s eligibility in the Giveaway.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with RocketFire’s Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By entering, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
